Our editorial standards
We distinguish clearly between established scientific evidence, emerging research, community experience, and hypotheses. Content is reviewed for accuracy, and claims are labeled by evidence level so readers always know how much weight to give them.
How we grade evidence
Established Evidence
Supported by strong, replicated scientific consensus (systematic reviews, clinical guidelines).
Emerging Research
Backed by preliminary or limited studies. Promising, but not yet conclusive.
Community Experience
Reported by patients and community members. Not yet studied in controlled research.
Hypothesis
A theoretical idea under investigation. Biologically plausible but unproven.
